New England Property Services, LLC has been engaged in inspecting and evaluating both residential and commercial properties within Connecticut and surrounding states for over 25 years.  Our portfolio of inspections includes over 11,000 residential and commercial buildings and properties.

Our principal and inspector Dwight Uffer, is a founder and past president of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI) and presently serves on their Board of Directors.  He also served as a member of the Connecticut Home Inspection Licensing Task Force which formulated the existing Home Inspection licensing program in effect today.   Mr. Uffers experience and engineering background is aimed at helping you acquire the understanding of the condition and systems of your potentially new property.

We consider all of our clients, both past and present to be part of our growing family, and we consult with them years after we have performed and inspection on their home or structure.
